Crypto CSV Rescue · Proposed single-case human-reviewed diagnostic · Privacy-first
“Missing purchase history” isn't an instruction to invent a purchase.
An exchange-to-wallet transfer can appear as a taxable disposal when your imported records don't connect; the same CSV might be imported twice, or a Koinly/CoinTracker history may simply lack an earlier acquisition. We inspect a small seller-authorized, sanitized sample, classify what is supported by the evidence with explicit uncertainty labels, and specify exactly which original records still need checking.
Proposed pilot: one bounded discrepancy cluster, up to 50 safely redacted transaction rows across at most two exports, summarized in a source-linked exceptions table and a human review checklist. Proposed one-off fee 49.000000 native Circle USDC on Base mainnet (chain 8453) only after a mutually agreed written scope. Pricing is a hypothesis, not a committed buyer or earned revenue.
Ask for a written, nonbinding 49-USDC scope ↗ Inspect the invented 8-row report ↗Prefer a no-login inquiry form? Send a nonbinding Crypto CSV Rescue enquiry to our same-owner VM5 project intake ↗. The form is an existing public Google Form; Google processes the submission and a reply email is required. The form initially contains an explicitly labeled Crypto CSV Rescue template for routing. Replace that text with your own real technical problem and acceptance criteria before submitting. The price is our hypothesis, not your stated budget or willingness to pay. Do not attach or paste actual CSVs, real trades, wallet/account identifiers, tax documents, private invoices, secrets or customer records. A message is not a booking or payment; precise scope, payee, legal/privacy terms and refund conditions require a separate written agreement.
Original one-owner contact: onecursor1@gmail.com. Initial email should contain no private CSV, actual trades, identifying wallet addresses, tax returns, customer records, passwords or seeds. No online file upload, wallet connector or automatic charge exists on this page.
Free-first customer workflow · Same beneficial owner · No raw CSV uploads
Unsupported export format? Map locally, then check locally.
- Native support first: If your exchange is already supported by Koinly, check its updated native import and help guidance. Keep your original transaction export unchanged.
- Optional free structural mapping: Use our VM1 local Koinly candidate column mapper ↗ only when you genuinely need a custom template and can identify exactly which source column contains each official Koinly field. The tool does not infer costs, timestamps, tax lots or missing trade semantics.
- Free independent structure check: Open the downloaded candidate in our VM3 local Koinly format preflight ↗ and choose the same destination template. It checks required column names, UTC date/calendar shape, amount formats and row structure. Neither tool uploads private CSVs or guarantees real Koinly ingestion.
If the free workflow answers your question, there is no reason to buy the 49-native-Base-USDC technical review. The proposed manual scope is only for one permitted unresolved defect, under separate written terms.

Koinly reports "Unknown file" or refuses your CSV headers?
First check the original official Koinly CSV template requirements. Its Simple/Trades formats use Koinly Date but Universal uses Date. UTC timestamps, paired amounts/currencies, strict quoting and trade direction also matter. Our new free browser-local Koinly Simple / Trades / Universal structure check reports only redacted row numbers and diagnostic codes, never trade data. It does NOT upload, convert, certify an import, or guess tax basis.
Check a CSV locally against Koinly's published template ↗
Use the completely fictional example if privacy matters. If an exchange export requires custom column mapping or a full history review, only an independently agreed ≤50-row, two-export, one-issue human pilot could be considered; the proposed 49 native Base USDC fee is still unvalidated, not a customer payment. We do not file taxes or claim affiliation with Koinly.

Try a free fictional 50-record CSV diagnosis before buying
- Inspect the known sample: open the original VM1 50-row Crypto CSV Rescue demonstration ↗. It publishes invented records and source-linked duplicate/missing-transfer diagnostics; it is not a customer dataset or an actual tax reconciliation.
- Read the result and the uncertainty: distinguish a genuinely duplicate imported source row from separate token events in one transaction; identify exactly which original exchange or acquisition document is missing. A missing source row is never proof of zero acquisition cost.
- Pay only if a clearly bounded unresolved issue remains: if the free browser-local two-CSV checker is enough, stop there. The proposed 49-USDC service only buys a separately agreed, merchant-authorized human-review exception report for one defined issue.
These VM1 demo records are fully fabricated; a demonstration's tests do not mean all real Koinly, CoinTracker or exchange imports are supported. Do not paste identifying real exchange/wallet records into unfamiliar public forms or send sensitive files before a specific secure written agreement.
View free 50-row real tool demo ↗Problem 1
Duplicate versus legitimate multi-event records
An exchange import may duplicate an already synced trade. Conversely, several ERC-20 Transfer logs can have one transaction hash but distinct log indexes. Removing them based on hash alone can destroy real economic records. We flag ambiguities rather than deleting data.
Problem 2
Missing acquisition and transfer counterparty
When purchase history is absent, the correct outcome is an evidence checklist—not a fabricated date, market price or acquisition cost. Withdrawal and incoming rows can be plausible counterparts, but equal amounts and timestamps alone do not prove the same beneficial owner.
Entirely fictional | no actual customer, wallet, chain or tax evidence
What a bounded exception report could look like
All case references, timestamps, asset amounts and outcomes below are invented solely to show report format. This is not generated by a finished universal importer and is not an external customer review.
| Fictional ID | Suspected issue | What we can say from supplied data | What must still be checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| SYN-001 | Duplicate import | Same invented export reference appears twice. | Earlier API sync versus original exchange export. |
| SYN-002 | Withdrawal with no deposit | Counterpart absent in the bounded sample; no proof of missing funds. | Destination account, network, event and fees. |
| SYN-003 | Missing purchase history | No verified acquisition price can be inferred. | Older trade and fee records; never fabricate cost basis. |
| SYN-004 | Shared tx reference | Two fictional logs with different indexes are not necessarily duplicates. | Actual token logs and chain identity. |
| SYN-005 | Gross/net fee difference | A net amount is lower than gross; fee cause unproven. | Withdrawal receipt and actual transfer. |
| SYN-006 | Time-zone ambiguity | A time shift may explain the apparent gap. | Exchange CSV timestamp offset documentation. |
| SYN-007 | Same ticker, different token | USDC ticker alone cannot prove contract or network. | Network ID, issuer token contract, receipt. |
| SYN-008 | Multiple candidate deposits | Matching amounts do not establish invoice or beneficial ownership. | Merchant-approved records and unique event IDs. |

What 49 USDC would purchase, if independently commissioned
- One input inventory: at most two merchant-authorized exports and fifty redacted sample rows, with column mapping, native time zones and explicitly declared data coverage. No confidential material arrives through this website.
- One CSV exception table: source row references, category (duplicate suspicion, missing acquisition evidence, transfer counterpart candidate, asset/fee/time difference), issue severity, evidence type and whether resolution remains uncertain. **No automatic deletion or import into Koinly/CoinTracker.**
- One Markdown explanation: reproducible reasoning, what can be concluded from the actual permitted rows, what cannot, and the specific primary exchange/wallet export documentation needed before the user makes corrections.
- One review round, if agreed: customer checks whether the outputs correspond to the authorized source and the scoped discrepancy. The terms, turnaround, correction entitlement and any refund rules must be agreed individually first.
Privacy and custody: You keep full custody of wallets and records. We neither operate your Koinly/CoinTracker account nor request API login, wallet signing, seeds, token permissions, tax identifiers, financial statements or live customer data before written consent and a genuinely protected exchange process. If safe processing cannot be arranged, we decline the job without pretending it was completed.

Run free local checks first
Your CSV should not need to leave your browser just to spot candidate duplicate or unmatched transfer rows. Use our existing free two-CSV transfer-pair auditor or free local CSV structure inspector to see whether you even need a paid review.
For businesses receiving actual Base USDC as invoice payments, the separately scoped 49-USDC merchant payment↔invoice pilot addresses a different problem.
How a legitimate customer would order
- Inquiry only: describe your error category, tool and approximate sample size, but not real financial records. You do not need to send crypto or log in.
- Written scope: confirm owner permission, precise rows, limitations, legal/tax boundary, secure data channel and retention/deletion, report acceptance, delivery date, cancellation/refund, price and payee. You must agree to these terms before transmitting private data or any USDC.
- Voluntary payment on the agreed rail: proposed asset is native Circle Base USDC token
0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4C7C32D4f71b54bdA02913on chain 8453. The existing, properly managed single-owner recipient would be confirmed directly under the agreement. Do not send money to a random address, unsupported chain or unauthenticated message. Crypto transfers may be irreversible. - Review and acceptance: receive the bounded report and mark accepted or disputed under the agreed written terms. A quote, email, issue, forum comment or page view is never a funded order or recognized revenue.
Commercial truth at initial publication: 49 USDC is an unvalidated hypothesis. No independent customer has agreed to buy this Crypto CSV Rescue pilot, no real customer report was delivered, and confirmed new received USDC from this product is 0.000000. Historical receipts earned by other products of the same human owner are not evidence of this offer's sales.
