Will this CSV be structurally recognizable to Koinly?

Choose the official Koinly template family, then inspect a CSV from a device you control. This local preflight checks exact required column headers, UTC calendar timestamps, decimal amount formatting, and obvious inconsistent rows. It does not upload source data, auto-map a proprietary exchange export, inspect wallets, determine tax treatment, edit records or guarantee Koinly will accept a file.

Read this first: Use the Koinly official Simple / Trades / Universal template guide and official CSV modification guidance. Koinly Universal requires Date, not Koinly Date; Simple and Trades require Koinly Date. Exact headers matter. Dates must already be UTC, and this tool cannot infer an unknown exchange timezone. If Koinly asks you to map an otherwise supported format, its support may be a better first step.

Is your source CSV from an unsupported export with different column names?

  1. First check the exchange's native Koinly integration. If Koinly already supports the original export, try its official wallet importer or support team before editing the source file. Preserve the untouched original export.
  2. Only if a custom template is genuinely needed: open the same-owner VM1 free Koinly CSV column mapper ↗. Its browser-local UI requires you to explicitly select each destination field and confirm the source timestamps were already UTC. It refuses unknown/missing semantics and offers a download of a candidate file; it does not guess purchase prices, merge tax lots or prove Koinly import acceptance.
  3. Re-check the downloaded candidate here. On this page, select the matching Simple, Trades or Universal template and then open the downloaded candidate through the file chooser. The browser checks structural errors; nothing is transferred between our sites or to a server. If the result finds no structure blockers, Koinly acceptance is still unverified—you must decide whether and how to import into your own account.
  4. If the free mapping and structural checks are sufficient, pay 0 USDC. Only if one clearly bounded authorized source-format defect remains should you consider a separately agreed technical report. Never share raw customer records or wallet credentials in public feedback forms.

Step 1: Map columns locally for free ↗Step 2: Validate your candidate below ↘

Both tools are maintained for the same human economic owner, not independent vendor certifications. The VM1 mapper works on a caller-selected input file and VM3's preflight independently works on a caller-selected output file. They do not open each other's browser data or share sessions, uploaded CSV bytes, wallet access or payment permissions.

Run a private structural check

Nothing is transmitted by the validator. It uses JavaScript to read only the file you explicitly select into browser memory, then reports row numbers and error codes only. No original addresses, timestamps, amounts, row contents or file names appear in results. For sensitive records, use a device you trust and avoid uploading the data to public support forms.

Maximum 512 KiB, 200 data rows, 36 columns. No real customer, merchant invoice or financial information is necessary to try the completely fictional example.

No file read. No analysis run yet.

Share only safe diagnostic codes — under your control

After a check, this local text box contains allowlisted error codes, Koinly field names, bounded row numbers and counts ONLY. It intentionally excludes your input values, original headers, file name, transaction amounts, real addresses, tax IDs and customer data. Inspect it before copying. Generating or selecting text does not send any data, message or payment.

Click the button only after checking this text. Press Ctrl+C (or choose Copy) yourself, then paste ONLY the safe codes into an optional email draft linked below or the existing same-owner voluntary form. Never paste the original CSV itself. You must supply your own actual problem and permission; the seller has no buyer order, upload or USDC payment from a selected summary.

Meaning of a passing result: only that these limited structural checks found no blockers. It does NOT mean Koinly accepted the CSV, calculated tax cost basis, verified an exchange trade, matched transfers, or proved a blockchain payment. Never make a tax filing or delete source rows solely based on this diagnostic.

Human feedback wanted · No USDC charge or data upload

Did the free checker catch an actual format issue?

Share one general problem category and whether the Koinly template comparison helped you. The existing same-owner VM5 public Google project enquiry form can pass your voluntarily submitted reply to the person coordinating our two proposed services. Google processes request and response data and the form requires an email address for a reply. It is not anonymous, a purchase, or permission to access your wallet or original CSV.

Important: the optional external form opens with an obvious product-category template already filled in. Replace that template with your own genuine broad experience before submitting. If you have no actual issue or do not want to share contact information, do not submit. Do not paste real CSV lines, tax documents, customer identifiers, addresses, transaction hashes, passwords or seed phrases.

Send a nonbinding, privacy-safe Koinly CSV-format feedback enquiry ↗ · Use your own email client instead ↗

Independent user feedback has not yet been verified for this new checker. The optional form or email is not a paid client, accepted offer, guaranteed response, tax engagement or new USDC receipt.

Why a 49 USDC human-review pilot could still help

If an original exchange file does not already use one of Koinly's exact templates, column renaming alone may be unsafe. Trades need correct pair/side/total semantics, withdrawals use negative amounts in the Simple template, and an actual wallet-to-wallet transfer may require an export from each wallet before any counterpart can be determined. Do not manufacture missing purchases, dates or amounts.

First use this free structural check, the original 50-record fictional exception demo, and the free local two-CSV candidate matcher. If these resolve the problem, spend nothing. For one still-unresolved limited discrepancy, read our proposed 49-native-Base-USDC manual diagnostic scope and request a written quote through the owner's single VM5 customer contact. No automatic signing, wallet connection or payment on this page.

Commercial disclosure: This is a free original same-owner tool. At initial publication, no real independent customer has purchased the 49-USDC CSV Rescue manual report, and no new actual finalized native Base USDC income is claimed.
